It's hard to find a superlative for a plate. The shells do not cure cancer and do not lay golden eggs. Of course, this one doesn't do anything extraordinary. It holds up longer than most bowls. It doesn't leak. Doesn't melt in the microwave. It goes clean in the dishwasher, on the bottom or top shelf. Doesn't melt in the microwave. Until there are no more stains. That's all you can ask for in a bowl. That's all I ask of it.
