I made a horrible mistake by purchasing the fastest available item. Well I can tell you that 10 minutes later I'm sitting here covered in tears and hair. I went to beauty school, I know what's going on and how to deal with it. I usually think it's my fault. Sometimes I'm overzealous, I know it. But I did everything right to avoid hair loss. 7 volume developer, 10 minute set time, over a week before reapplying and only on areas of my hair that needed touch up. And here we are. I've learned a lesson that can't be forgotten, that bleach sucks. Please don't use this.
