I covered my hair in coconut oil about an hour before applying and let the bleach sit for about 50 minutes and my hair got 7/8ths. One thing I want to stress is using Satin Creme Vol. 20 Developer and not another brand. This is of great importance. I have used this brand for many years and will continue to do so.
