Review on 💙 SATIN Satin Blue Bleach Powder Lightener - 1 Oz Individual Pack by Christine Jensen

I was hoping for an inexpensive product for my whitening routine but will spend a few more dollars before using again. Did it work? Yes, he did a good job with the lighting, but the problems outweighed the benefits. First, the fumes are very caustic and I'm not sensitive to chemicals. I poured 1/4 of the mix, with the door open and the exhaust fan running, I was so out of breath I had to leave my room with every breath. Once it wore off, the whitening process was very slow even at 30 vol. It got so thick quickly that I couldn't double mix my shoulder length fine hair and had to add shampoo to work it through. The mixture of bleach and shampoo continued to dry and harden like dirt even after a few shampoo massages and/or some water for a creamy all over lather. I don't normally bleach for more than 35 or 40 minutes, but at 50 minutes max it hasn't lifted to my usual level. I give it a few extra stars for having NO damage with 30 volumes and a bottle of Ion Step 1 for a double shot of bleach. Maybe it's because the shampoo and re-moisturizer turned it into a bleach, but my regular products do a lot more damage in less time, even with two bottles of Ion Step 1. I'm more copper-colored than usual, but this slightly white-tinted one. At the same time, given the decent price and end result, I would like it not to be so dry and unwieldy. I could handle the awful smoke if it worked just as well and I wouldn't have to fiddle with it for the whole 50 minutes. I won't be using this anymore.
