Review on 💙 SATIN Satin Blue Bleach Powder Lightener - 1 Oz Individual Pack by Heather Artis

I really liked this product and will definitely use it again if I ever need to lighten my hair again. I used this to remove the orange-brown residue from the dark brown/red color I used on my natural blonde hair for about a year. I spent months trying to remove the color with at home methods and stuck with orange brown when I found this. I followed the standard advice of starting in the middle of the shaft, then from the ends, then up through the hair, but avoided the roots as they grew out. I used foil and then put a shower cap over it to make sure the bleach didn't dry out so my hair lightened evenly and I could get the most out of the bleach and then left it on for 45 minutes. and rinse before rinsing off the residual bleach and conditioning for about 10 minutes. It removed the brown-orange color and wasn't too yellow and my hair is really healthy. My hair is softer than it has been in the last few months and there isn't a hint of orange left in it. Now I didn't start with virgin hair but removed the old auburn color so I don't know if that could work better on my hair. virgin hair, but I know using foil and a shower cap or plastic bag will ALWAYS help your bottom line!
