Review on 💙 SATIN Satin Blue Bleach Powder Lightener - 1 Oz Individual Pack by Stephanie Wilson

I used this with Developer 40 vol on my previously packaged blue black hair (level 2). I covered my hair in coconut oil about an hour before applying and let the bleach sit for about 50 minutes and my hair got 7/8ths. I then applied a purple hair mask to which I added a few drops of blue semi-permanent hair dye to reduce the orange tones I had. I will use this product again but would definitely recommend buying at least two packs if your hair is below shoulder length. Not only did I apply one pack all over my head, but I ran out of product before I could properly saturate as much hair as I had planned.
