I gave it 3 stars just because my daughter loved it and wouldn't care if she couldn't.
I only gave 3 stars because my daughter loved it and wouldn't care if she couldn't wear it over her head. She wears a size 14, I bought her a size XL (alongside a size 16) thinking she could wear it a little longer, it fits more like a small size 10/12, I doubt she can wear it for a few more months.
