I have purchased Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz from Sephora more than 5 times and I love it every time. However, I decided to order Brow Wiz from Revain because Revain offered the product at the same price as Sephora and it was delivered within 1-2 days with no additional shipping cost. It seemed like a lot. I first ordered this brow wiz from Revain on October 5, 2015. It arrived on time and the packaging was in good condition. I used the pen for about a week and a half or so before the real colored pen fell out of the pen. At first this didn't seem to be a problem. I carefully put the wand back into the pencil, hoping that would solve the problem. However, I could no longer twist the tip to draw in the color and the crayon fell out of the pen every time I tried to use it. This continued until the staff broke into several pieces too small to use. I ended up resorting to holding tiny bits of pen with my fingertips and applying them by hand. Thinking it was coincidence and I just received a defective item, I finally decided to order the same Brow Wiz again from Revain on November 23rd. I received the package on time and the package was in perfect condition. However, when I removed the cap from Brow Wiz, the brush fell off. The brow brush has been completely separated from the Brow Wiz itself. Although the pen/pen works this time (at least for now), I had to buy another brow brush to get the desired effect, which I should have been able to do with just Brow Wiz. After this happened I contacted the seller through Revain, describing the problem and attaching a picture of Brow Wiz. However, I have not been contacted regarding this issue. In an ideal world, I would just send Brow Wiz back to Revain and get a new one. But having had TWO brow wiz in a row that were broken/faulty, along with the lack of response from the seller, I don't think I will ever buy this item from here again.
