In my 15+ years in the gym, I've done many different pre-workout routines. This combo occupies one of the first places. I take it at 4am on an empty stomach. I understand why some feel sick. it's strong It takes time. I work from 7am to 3:30am. I didn't notice any crash. I just set a deadlift record, and while I don't believe supplements give magical powers to a person, I do believe the pump they gave me helped me get through this lift. I felt good. It's been a while since I've really "felt" the supplement how this combination works. I become a regular customer. That's the real deal. The only SMALL complaint I have is that Insane Veinz has a slightly chalky taste. I've found stirring in a jar to be the best method of mixing. But let's face it, nobody takes it for the taste.
