Review on 🚴 Enhance Your Cycling Experience with SHIMANO BL-1055 Aero Hood Covers (Road) by Tommy Woods

These are good covers and best match vintage Shimano 600 arms on my track without too much fuss. They looked very similar and the levers listed as matching are very close to my 600s. I was willing to take a chance rather than shop online for new old stock hoods and pay $50 for a piece of 25 year old rubber. A few drops of light oil in several places helped them slide easily over my levers. There is an empty space in the top front pointed corner (sorry I don't know that specific lingo) of the hood when fitted to my bike, but the fit is still decent. I've seen brake caps designed exclusively for certain brake levers that don't fit as well. For $8 these Shimano hoods look and feel great on my bike and were a huge improvement over the old, worn (and possibly original) hoods on my bike.
