The device works perfectly. The only thing I would like to point out is that the USB charging cable is not a standard USB cable: the charging end is a regular USB-A connector, and the device end is not USB but a proprietary connector. As long as it is charging normally, if you lose this special cable, you cannot charge the device at all. My wife used clippers to give me a "pandemic haircut" and effectively shaved off all of my hair. The clippers shaved the hair down to about 1mm length (without the comb) and then we used my electric razor to shave off the rest. The hair clippers worked perfectly, the hair did not pull. The whole process took about 30 minutes and the battery was not empty.
