I ordered these headphones and they worked flawlessly for about a month before the left earbud stopped charging and eventually stopped working altogether. Since this happened within 30 days, Revain replaced her. The spare pair lasted about 40 days before the same problem recurred. I contacted the seller/manufacturer and they honored the warranty. They sent me a new pair pretty quickly. Excellent customer service. The sound quality is good and they meet my needs. basically works. These are budget headphones so I've learned to lower my expectations.
