I was very hesitant to buy these as the reviews seemed too good to be true but thought I might try returning them if they don't suit me. But I was so pleasantly surprised! It's awesome! I ordered these headphones and they worked flawlessly for about a month before the left earbud stopped charging and eventually stopped working altogether. I use the headphones to listen to podcasts or audio books and to make phone calls. When I tried to set them up they wouldn't connect. After a bit of research, I found that the case had no connection between the headphones and the case, which is why the headphones weren't charging. Closing the case was not forced contact.
