Working Good But No Support - Update

I was looking for a reading program that could be specially programmed. I went to their website before purchasing and looked at the manual which I was able to do what I needed. When it arrived none of the programming in the manual worked, only the little booklet that came with it had a few programming options. I have emailed the company, no response. Does what I need but is very let down by what I consider distortion. After seeing my post here, they quickly contacted me and solved my problems, not knowing what happened at the first contact, but they did well. Many Thanks
