Normal solution to a specific problem

At work I have two computers connected to two different networks and I need to switch between them during the day. I chose this setting because of the laptop/keyboard that came with it and the ability to switch between computers. My laptop connects via Bluetooth and often stops discovering devices, requiring me to turn Bluetooth off and on several times a day. However, I appreciate that I don't have to reserve a valuable USB port for the dongle. A desktop computer connected via Unifying Receiver does not have this problem, but both have a significant wake-up delay even after firmware updates. I wish it came with more than one unifying receiver as initially it can connect to 3 computers at once. The drag and drop between computers feature works only if you install Logitech Options software on both computers AND can connect both computers to the same network. If you have a non-administrative computer to install the program or cannot connect it to the same Wi-Fi, this feature will not work. Switching between computers is easy, although the selection indicator disappears after a few seconds. , so I start typing with some regularity for a few seconds before realizing the keyboard is connected to another computer. I expect the keyboard batteries to last 6-12 months so we'll see what happens. Some complained about cleaning the bottom of the keyboard. It picks up small messes quickly, but I find that the microfiber cloth cleans it well without special treatment. TL; DR, this is a good solution if you have a very specific need.
