I ordered a memory book and a set of 2 signs for my father's life celebration. The memory book was the only one that arrived. 2 characters were missing. The package that arrived even said "Ivory A4 Memory Book and a Set of Two Signs". Very disappointed because I spent more on this "set" instead of just buying the memory book itself (which is another option).
