Remove the small lip！

Remove the small nozzle! Remove that little contact tip! We received this information after contacting customer service. Headphones can be charged and connected as usual! Everything works great! Love the red color which is very unique and the amazing long lasting battery! and I enjoy excellent sound quality and excellent noise reduction!
