I've been using polygel for over a year, no problems. This brand is not my usual one but I needed two colors for fall nail art. After applying the product according to their instructions I got small and very itchy bumps on my fingers. After a few days, the skin on my fingertips turned white and as thick as a corn. Then the areas began to crack and peel off. IT PAIN SO MUCH I CAN'T USE MY HANDS! It's been over a month since I've used it and my fingers are just beginning to heal and look normal. After going through a few treatments (fast healing eczema cream worked best for me), I still have a few areas of painful cracking. . It didn't happen because I don't know what I'm doing, I've been doing nail extensions for about 30 years. I do my homework and read the instructions... but unfortunately this happens.
