I bought this radio for AM/FM programs to listen to during my daily walks. When I tried to use it it didn't work at all. No LCD screen to directly charge the battery, no troubleshooting information; Nothing. There wasn't even a phone number or website to get help. The phone number was a fax. I had to contact Revain customer service for refund information. The instructions that came with it explained how to turn it on and detailed external details like tuners, volume etc, but wasn't much information for a non-working unit. Very disappointed in this product and the company that made it. it was just garbage. probably someone else brought it back and they put it on the shelf without examining it. BTEX
