Sturdy plastic, awkward to use
Bought these to pack my cat houses for fall and winter. Sometimes they didn't even roll properly and I had to manually roll and twist them with both hands to get the job done. By the end of 5 houses I was so exhausted I felt like I was going to faint. I will definitely buy a different brand next time.
