Do not wick effectively

As I have seen in some other reviews I have issues with these filters only drawing water about halfway up the filter. You can flip the filter over 5 times a day and pour water over it to try and keep it primed and the top half will dry out every time. I have used a couple other brands of these filters before and these are the least effective (the brands I have purchased before were not in stock at the time so I tried these). Better than nothing but I definitely do not recommend them

Will buy more, this winter.
