I don't often write reviews, only when the product is special and deserves its time. This is one of those moments. This fan made me feel a thousand times better with my new gaming laptop. The built-in fans didn't work and the bottom of the laptop felt very hot. The PC cost over $3,000 with the RAM and SSD I bought for it, and the thought of potentially ruining my battery at best and frying my motherboard or CPU at worst was horrific. So I was looking for a laptop fan. I researched a few different options, but after doing some careful research and reading a few reviews, I decided to give this one a try. The grid is made of metal, which is comfortable to the touch, and the cooling pad itself is lightweight but very durable. It doesn't look cheap despite the plastic construction of the rest of the parts. The RGB color is nice and big enough for my big 17 inch QHD laptop. I tested my computer on all Ultra settings (with my fancy RTX3070) and the bottom of the computer felt COOL. It was so hot that I injured my hand on the hottest part of the laptop. The fan is much quieter than I imagined, even at maximum power. The height adjustable floor is perfect for the right ergonomics because when I play I sit on the floor due to the low table in the living room, so my hands don't hurt at all when I play. This machine was worth every dollar, and not only that, the creators of the cooling pad even left a funny note about how it's packaged before it gets to you. No spoilers to create your own but let's just say it made me laugh and made the product feel as premium as it is. 100% satisfied. I heard their customer service is fantastic too, but I didn't know because it was instantaneous.
