I made this to add some bed pillows that went flat. I was busy when it arrived so I didn't open it for almost a week and then immediately put something on my pillows. The foam was still slightly compressed (it comes vacuum packed in a body pillow type mesh bag inside a larger sealed plastic bag) when I added it to my old pillows, so I left some space and sewed them back together. A little whoops - I underestimated how much foam still swells! So now both of my pillows are too big and too stuffed to sleep on, but they are great to cuddle with and I can sleep on the slightly smaller one. So if you're adding this or making new pillows it might be a good idea to fluff them up before using them! Also, I added quite a bit to the 3 standard sized bed pillows (they were pretty flat) and I only used POSSIBLY 1/3 of the pack. There is enough left over to make a few standard pillows, some decorative pillows, or a large body pillow. A lot of good value for money!
