Received this in September and it is now November 10th and it has stopped working. I only use filtered water, soaked and changed the filter, cleaned the membrane, but there is hardly any steam. When troubleshooting, I did what he said. The first month and a half was great, but I can't solve the no steam issue. If something changes I will write a better review. Use your own judgment as Homedics is a good brand and I may have received a faulty product.
