I like how easy it is for clients/customers to understand our solution, as well as how quickly we get results. Our software has been extremely reliable over time - no issues with crashes or bugs in almost three years of use so far! Honestly, nothing really comes up when using this system every day. There are some things which can be improved upon here by making them more user friendly but overall there isn't much room for improvement from my perspective. We have helped hundreds of companies solve human resource problems through HRIS implementation projects. I like how easy it is to use, and everything seems very organized, which makes finding what you need super simple! Not much dislike about this program other than maybe some of the minor glitches we've come across here or there in our short time using the software. We were able to create different types of reports for our clients with ease using this system. It also made creating new forms a lot easier!
