I've suffered from various back pains over the years and when my sinuses affect my neck and upper back they take the brunt. This, combined with the tightness in my neck muscles last week, almost made me cry. I can't sleep well and I'm mostly just moody. My usual hot Epsom salt bath was useless. I found this, looked at the price and figured well if it works like they say it's worth it. The boy was worth it. After a bath I'm back to normal. I feel so much better, seriously, this stuff was amazing. No lie for the price it probably won't be for my usual mild back pain. I'll keep it if I overdo it and my back doesn't forgive me.
