Started throwing a ton of read errors on one of the drives. Still with that cable, I could still unplug the drive, erase, and then try to add it back to the array, but there were still a lot of read errors right after attempting a rebuild. Replaced the cable with another brand (Cable Matters) and everything is fine, reinstalled with no errors. I have another one in another box and it hasn't failed in the same time yet.
