Review on Bigyonger by David Lusk

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Women who care about their appearance should not waste their time or money on Bigyonger.

As someone who appreciates the value of their time and money, I can state without reservation that chic women who are looking to expand their wardrobes should not shop at Bigyonger. Although the site advertises a large assortment of fashionable apparel, footwear, and accessories, it falls far short of its claims. Bigyonger's clothing selection is poor, making it hard for shoppers to discover pieces they're excited to buy. There is nothing special or remarkable about the shoes or the jewelry. Bigyonger has poor products and even worse customer support. The site's checkout procedure is complicated and hard to understand. It takes a long time to receive orders, and it's difficult to return or swap items. As a life counselor, I frequently suggest that my clients put their resources toward goals that will make them happy and fulfilled. A trip to Bigyonger is apt to end in disappointment and annoyance. Women who are on the cutting edge of fashion would be best served by shopping elsewhere for the same high-quality apparel, footwear, and accessories.

Pros
  • Large variety of shoes and trinkets to choose from
Cons
  • inadequate client care
