Bought this grill for myself as a Christmas present. When cooking meat, fat got under the bottom panel and soot formed, which, subsequently, is no longer washed off. In general, the overall impression of using the grill is normal. For their money, in principle, they got what they were supposed to. Second note on cooking. Perhaps I'm choosing the wrong modes, but turkey steaks or any other meat have to be turned over so that both sides are fried. At the beginning of use, we did not encounter such a problem. Both panels heat up. Failures in switching on and heating were not observed. Well, personally, I really miss the timer. In this plan, there is Alice at home, who keeps track of time, and while the food is being prepared, you can safely go about your business, and not guard next to the grill. Yes, a spatula is included. To me, it's completely useless. She's not very comfortable to use.
