My daughter is five. She is 3 feet 6 inches and 46 pounds. I bought her a product to use as pajamas. I knew it was going to be big, but it was a lot bigger. Rschunimagu. Not bad. She is 21 inches around her stomach and 11 inches from her shoulders to her lower abdomen. The medium passes behind her knees. Of course, this is also a shirt for a boy.
