As mentioned, this is definitely not the height of the meter. I had to cut about four inches off each leg to fit them. Having said that, they fit perfectly and they were very good for the price. Should have cut off the legs. If you want to cut the legs you will need a miter saw which can cut at two different angles due to the inclination of the legs compared to the ground. I was able to cut them all off and while I'm sure they aren't all the same to the millimeter, using their drop test I was able to rid the chair of any wobble. The instructions literally tell you to throw them on the floor if they wobble, which I did, and any chair that wobbled a little certainly stopped rocking. What a thrill! Anyway, I'm no pro at all, so don't be intimidated by the cutting as long as you have the tools. You can measure the angle by placing your foot flat on the ground and placing a spirit level where you want to cut and drawing a line with the spirit level. Then use your spirit level to draw another line on the other side of the leg, starting at the same point. Using a miter saw, place the two corners where you want them and cut them off. It's not difficult, and if it's not perfect, just drop the chair!
