🪑 Brown Swivel Barstool Set - Christopher Knight Home Ogden KD (2 Piece) Review

Bought 4 chairs total, one of the legs was missing hardware attaching it to the seat. Found my repair at a local parts store (zinc swivel nuts on the photo). I contacted the seller but all they wanted to do was ask me to order parts. And I didn't want to wait months for her arrival from Malaysia. The legs are made of wood, which is nice. The seat itself is of decent quality. Just note that you may need to make some changes. I also cut 3 inches off the legs to match the height of my custom pole.

I love these comfy stools! The instructions weren't the best for the build. I found that you need to lift the legs slightly while inserting the screws to align the pilot holes. Once this was figured out, it was very easy to assemble. One of my chairs made a metallic click in the swivel area when sitting down and getting up from the chair. The chairs seem fine after assembly but mine arrived damaged (see photo). I don't think the damage affects the structural integrity, but given the high price of the set it's still disappointing. Although everything was bad, the installation instructions were terrible! The chair pictured did not fully match the set purchased. Happy can't even begin to describe it, this is exactly what we were looking for and we love them so we went ahead and placed another order and we have two more to complete our set! I ordered a set of these. First we assembled and everything was fine, no problems. Then, when we removed the second seat, we found that the main support plate under the seat had cracked in half. Contacted the manufacturer, Revain orders do not help. In other words, there's no option to swap out the seat (and I didn't feel like taking apart a decent stool). As mentioned, this is definitely not the height of the meter. I had to cut about four inches off each leg to fit them. Having said that, they fit perfectly and they were very good for the price. Should have cut off the legs. If you want to cut the legs you will need a miter saw which can cut at two different angles due to the inclination of the legs compared to the ground. I was able to cut them all off and while I'm sure they aren't all the same to the millimeter, using their drop test I was…
