I love these comfy stools! The instructions weren't the best for the build. I found that you need to lift the legs slightly while inserting the screws to align the pilot holes. Once this was figured out, it was very easy to assemble. One of my chairs made a metallic click in the swivel area when sitting down and getting up from the chair. There were several people (of various weights and builds) who tried it and still clicked. I called customer service and asked for help with this issue. I explained that the clicking was coming from a pre-assembled part of the chair. I showed the clicking noise to the rep on the phone and to my surprise he said there was no problem and sent me a new chair. Outstanding customer service!
