I wasn't careful when ordering. They need rinsing and when I need to rinse my eyelids, using tea tree soap makes more sense. Add some baby shampoo (tea tree oil probably helps with demodex mites). Look for wipes that don't need rinsing. Also note that mites come out in the dark at night, so it's best to clean as soon as you wake up. Ask your doctor about oral ivermectin and metronidazole. My eye doctor didn't mention it once but he certainly tried to sell me light therapy for $400 for an uninsurable treatment and it took him 5-6 treatments.
