This kettle was magnetic and worked great with my induction hob. It is durable and has a matte textured body and the metal base is magnetic, providing an even heating surface for efficient water heating. The handle is not wood but a soft touch material which I hope will last longer without splinters. The lid completes the seal. The rounded bell shape allows you to hold more water without being bulky and bulky on your cooktop. The design is simple and perfect for my modern kitchen. I am very excited about this kettle. I ordered a black case but received a champagne color with black and white dots.
