I like that you can see everything in one place without having to navigate multiple systems. It's not very intuitive at first but after using it awhile, its really nice how organized all your info is under each device/applications. You cannot have more than 1 instance open so if any issues arise (exception handling), then close out another session before trying again. We are able to track our users' activity through their devices such as laptops, tablets, smartphones etc. This helps us identify which applications they're most frequently accessing while also keeping up with what time zones they work best during.
