I really like using ELF products. They're affordable and actually work a lot better than other grocery brands. This eye primer helps my eyeshadow last all day. I have an oily face so most of the time the eyeshadow doesn't last all day and I have to reapply it halfway through. This primer keeps me from applying again. However, I think they changed the formula and it was a little less powdery than before so I had to play around with that because before I didn't have to worry about the amount getting in my eyes. But now I have to apply a thinner layer as the white color can show through some of the eyeshadows I like to use.
