Very nice corset. I am currently using it to tie myself up after giving birth. I am 9 months postpartum and for the first 8 months I have been using a waist trainer which is more elastic and flexible. I like that it's long because I can tone my lower abdomen, which is the target area I want to tone. He works a little. I ordered a large one but it didn't even fit me at max length so I returned it and got a very large one. It's durable and strong, and the fabric doesn't wrinkle or form irregularities in certain places, which is what I need. It's not stretchy, and don't think it's supposed to be stretchy. In terms of comfort, I don't think these types of corsets/waist trainers need to be comfortable or designed for sport. This is done so that the body does not look too flabby. The more you wear them and the more hours you put in them, I think your body should start taking on a watch-like shape. I wear it 3 hours a day. I think the max I would use it for is 6 hours, it's really solid. It also helps with my posture when I'm sitting. I have very bad posture, so that's a plus. I'm 5'2 and weigh 180.
