I like that it allows me to send out emails through my own domain, as well as having an easy-to use interface for both new users of our product or existing customers who need help with their campaigns! It could be more intuitive at first because some features are not clearly explained in its user guide (for example how you can set up your templates). Also when we're sending mass eblasts there isn't always enough space available so sometimes people have trouble reading all they want from one page - this would make things easier if someone was able customize each message individually rather than just selecting "send" button after filling everything into text box once per campaign but still keeping them short messages only few sentences/paragraphs length etc.).
