I bought Oraolo neckband bluetooth speakers because I was tired of lugging around even my small Anker Soundcore 2 speaker while going from room to room at home while i work or work at home. Since I mainly listen to audio books, my demands on the sound quality were rather low. This product far exceeded my expectations. The sound is perfect for audio books and very pleasant for listening to music. Sound Quality Deep bass lines tend to sound "square", but the mids and highs are crisp and quite good. The bass may lack depth, but oddly enough, on many tracks you'll feel the bass and heavy drums on your collarbone. The stereo separation is really good! Try some ELO or Beatles tracks where they really share things and you will love it. Max volume is just uncomfortable for me, but works for me when there's more background noise. These are not high fidelity speakers. Good headphones deliver the best overall sound. However, they are quite suitable for wearables and do their job very well. Portability They felt bulky when I unpacked them and they felt a little odd when I put them on for the first time. However, I quickly got used to it and hardly notice it. Depending on what type of shirt or coat you're wearing, you may have to fiddle around to get it to fit over your collar. I walk around the house, work, clean and relax and these speakers support playing audiobooks or music while my hands are free to do whatever I want. I hear a doorbell or other ambient noise. Once you get used to it, you no longer notice it, except that you always have your favorite sounds with you. Phone Calls So far I'm very impressed. I had no complaints when making or receiving a call with this product. I can hear callers just fine and people tell me the audio is a bit speakerphone, but the quality is good on their end. It's better than most Bluetooth speakers I've had. Control The controls work well, but it takes some getting used to. The speakers are structured right next to the power button, so making sure you're in the right place takes some getting used to. Once I started playing around I had no problems. Overall, I'm giving this product five stars overall, not because it's the quintessential sound. Rather, it's a combination of sound quality, portability, and the ability to make calls that go beyond the basic expectations one would expect from a device of this type _at this price point_. I'm sure Bose or Sennheiser could make a superior quality product, but it would probably cost much, much more. For what you get for the money this is a five star product. final remark. As a huge added bonus, I love the fact that unlike in-ears or most headphones, I can wear my hearing aids while using this device.
