Waiting for box return for new screen

Very disappointed with this Dell computer. For 1500.00 it had to be tested before shipping. The support person was VERY GOOD. A little hard to understand but very patient. She had help behind her to support her. It connected to my computer and verified that the screen was broken. The mouse and keyboard bounced and bubbles burst on the right side of the screen causing the mouse to move to the right. returned, I will return to add to this review.
