Waiting for box return for new screen

Very disappointed with this Dell computer. For 1500.00 it had to be tested before shipping. The support person was VERY GOOD. A little hard to understand but very patient. She had help behind her to support her. It connected to my computer and verified that the screen was broken. The mouse and keyboard bounced and bubbles burst on the right side of the screen causing the mouse to move to the right. returned, I will return to add to this review.

Well, at least it looks nice.

I mean looks good. The display is beautiful and has a very stylish design. But right out of the box there was a problem with the power adapter (which seems to be common at Dell after some research). The computer was so slow that I couldn't open the programs I bought it for (Lightroom and Photoshop - I couldn't even run them individually, let alone work together). The keyboard worked sporadically at best. Usually it didn't print at all, sometimes it was delayed (I'm talking about 3-4 secondsโ€ฆ

Overall a good experience as expected from Dell.

When we decided to buy this computer, we assumed it was Dell because reviews of their products are generally good. As expected, the computer arrived on time as promised, well packaged and protected. Everything promised has been added. There were no problems with the setup, as I have many years of experience with computers including their settings. The only thing that kept me from giving this a 5 star rating was the fact that setup wouldn't be as easy if I didn't have that much computerโ€ฆ
