When we decided to buy this computer, we assumed it was Dell because reviews of their products are generally good. As expected, the computer arrived on time as promised, well packaged and protected. Everything promised has been added. There were no problems with the setup, as I have many years of experience with computers including their settings. The only thing that kept me from giving this a 5 star rating was the fact that setup wouldn't be as easy if I didn't have that much computer experience. I would imagine some customers were phoning others, possibly Dell reps themselves, since there were no setup instructions in the package. In the past, as with other computers I've purchased in the past, including Dell, such instructions were included.
