I bought this gaming laptop for my sister through this offer sent by Valinor Tech. Shortly after, she noticed an error (see video) that would appear on the screen. The upper left part appears distorted until the mouse is moved over this area. I returned the defective product for a full refund within the time allotted to me. However, Valinor Tech still took over $100 from the 'restocking fee' refund. It doesn't make sense that I have to pay the price for a faulty product and when I disputed the claim Valinor Tech said that this type of fault has to be reported within the first 14 days and it's taking me too long, which is stupid and annoying is, although I sent it back on time. They also said they checked and didn't see any error. So now it's my word against hers, although there is video to prove it. So thanks Valinor Tech for nothing. Make sure your products break faster next time so people get the refund they deserve.
