I was really excited to begin my path in music, and I headed to Mojotone with much anticipation to get my very first set of guitar accessories. On the other hand, my time spent shopping in their online store left me with a sense of betrayal and disillusionment. As someone who is just starting out in this industry, I was hoping to find a website that was simple to navigate and included helpful tutorials and references that would walk me through the steps of making a purchase. Sadly, I found the website to be difficult to browse, and the product descriptions lacked the detail that I would have liked. The sheer number of things that they had available made me feel disoriented and overpowered, and there was no guidance provided to help me decide which ones to purchase. After a long wait, I eventually got my purchase, however I was disappointed to find that the things were of poor quality. The guitar strings I was given produced an annoying buzzing sound, and the picks I was given had the impression of being inexpensive and weak. When I tried to get in touch with their customer support team for assistance, I was faced with a lengthy waiting period and responses that were not very helpful. In general, my time spent with Mojotone proved to be a less than ideal beginning to my journey through the world of music. As a beginner in this industry, I'm looking for a business that's kind and accommodating, as well as one that sells high-quality goods that will help me develop my skills and become a better musician. Unfortunately, Mojotone failed to meet any of these expectations in any way.
