The ease of use! With one click, I can find anything about an event or reservation with CATEREASE! It's also very user friendly for my staff as well since it is web-based so there are no desktop computers to manage - just our laptops!! Our only issue currently has been that we have had some issues keeping track of all orders from customers in house but this will be resolved soon enough once they implement their new system which should hopefully fix any problems.

We LOVE how easy everything was when booking events/reservations through CATEREREASTMOSTLY because there were many different options available before (i believe it used to not even show up if you did not choose "Cater"!) now almost ALL companies allow us to book using catering services online without having to speak directly with them first.
