I was actually going to give it 3 stars. Bought for an overseas trip. Used for a 3 day weekend trip before we left and one of the shoulder straps broke contacted the manufacturer Despite the warranty period, the money for the purchase was quickly refunded Many pockets and stabilizing straps I was able to fit 5 changes of clothes and two pairs of shoes in one bag with plenty of space.I was looking for a backpack that has no frame and is therefore easy to pack tuck away. This one folds into a small pouch smaller than a small decorative pillow. Can't give five stars because of the strap
