    Nice bag for the price.

I would like to give this backpack 5 stars but as the previous reviewer said the straps that secure the bag are not sewn on the ends and pull through the clips very easily making support difficult . so they stay in place when you put them on. An easy fix on my part as I just sewed them myself and created a double back effect to make them secure. Otherwise I have no other complaints. The capacity of this bag is large. Consistently small, medium and large pockets allow for short or long hikes…

Couldn't be cheaper than $45 for a cheap bag with decent storage!

4 stars for size, weight and decent construction for a $45 bag. I already have a $300 internal frame Gregory backpack so obviously there is a big difference in quality. However! I bought this bag because I needed a cheap, all-round bag without an inner frame for special occasions when hiking/trampling. So if you are looking for a quality backpack for the Appalachian Trail, CDT or PCT, this backpack is NOT for you. For the money, this bag holds a lot of gear and is cheap enough that you don't…

Good price but no upper body length adjustment

Great price and very light weight for a lightning fast deal and lots of features as others have pointed out including bells and whistles of the hip belt pockets. Please note this may not be suitable for a proper backpack fit if you are small. There is no torso length adjustment as with more expensive travel backpacks. Possible adjustment options: a shoulder strap that sags at the hips and load-bearing devices, such as a school backpack. With my torso length of 16-16.5 inches, there is a large…

    Very helpful. Goodbye.

Overall this is a great backpack. I used it on a 4 day jungle trip and it worked absolutely fine. It is quite light and the performance is as advertised. Plenty of pockets keep things organized by style and travel essentials can be stowed in one of the easily accessible external pockets. On our jungle trek my bag was filled to overflowing and the waist strap really helped keep it stiff and prevent the bottom of the pack from shifting. are not folded over and sewn so that they do not slip out of

good package Excellent customer service. Another issue with the strap :-(

I was actually going to give it 3 stars. Bought for an overseas trip. Used for a 3 day weekend trip before we left and one of the shoulder straps broke contacted the manufacturer Despite the warranty period, the money for the purchase was quickly refunded Many pockets and stabilizing straps I was able to fit 5 changes of clothes and two pairs of shoes in one bag with plenty of space.I was looking for a backpack that has no frame and is therefore easy to pack tuck away. This one folds into a…

Good hiking backpack - great price!

The Outlife hiking backpack is a good backpack at a great price. I do a lot of hiking/camping/canoeing in northern Minnesota. I used everything from Duluth packs, old GI Alice packs and new style packs. This pack is on par with some of the more expensive packs in terms of storage space and quality. Keep in mind that this is a frameless backpack but it does have a padded back which I found quite comfortable. There is also a top storage compartment that I will use for the hydration pack. To test…

Good lightweight backpack for the price

I bought this backpack for a 3 day hike. I was able to fit everything I needed and keep it to 35 pounds with water, food and essentials. The backpack worked well, but I wish a few things were different or improved: 1. I carried my hydration bladder in a "laptop bag", I don't see the appeal of a laptop bag in a travel backpack. I would have liked a thinner pocket to hold the bottle in place and a slit for the hose exit, I ended up cutting a small slit to accommodate the hose.2. The shoulder…
