I'm obsessed! Durable solid wood. Installation took 30 minutes, if I didn't have to judge 2 kids it would take less time. I'm just an ordinary mom. I was a little intimidated at first, but this project was pretty easy. I was able to put all the pieces together easily, I highly recommend having a helper to make the project go faster! We have 9 foot ceilings, 3 levels was almost too big. Suggestions for simplifying the assembly: 1. Assemble the whole shelf loosely, only mark the holes for the lower parts on the flat wall. Remove yourself and disassemble the upper column(s).2. Use 3/16" jack screws for extra support, and all nails went straight into the drywall, there were no studs in the best spot for us (guaranteed my kids won't rip this thing off the wall!) Drill 1 hole in the wall. Mount on the wall, attach 1 cylinder screw and insert the lower towel rail.3. Make sure the shelf is level and have someone hold it. Use a wall anchor from a wall mounted shelf and use a small drill bit (1/8th part) to mark where the pivot bolts will be installed.4. Remove the shelf from the wall to insert all the jack screws at the bottom, use a 1/2 inch jack screw drill bit and install the shelf.5. Install the remaining shelves and repeat steps 2-4 for the top shelves.
