Not as good as hoped
I bought this laptop to replace my old laptop. They cost about the same, so I expected a newer computer to be better. I couldn't install it myself, so there's money ahead of us. Little things just don't work. The screen quality is not as good as my old computer. My email program freezes regularly, which is very annoying. However, the quality of the Zoom meeting is good – the camera and sound have worked flawlessly so far. The computer seems more fragile than my old laptop. This one is much faster (loads really fast) but that might be because I didn't load that many programs into it.
